At the Partnering for Outcomes Foundation we provide training, implementation guidance, advice and resources for all things relating to PCOMS.
BARRY L. DUNCAN
Barry L. Duncan, Psy.D. is a therapist, trainer, and researcher with over 17,000 hours of clinical experience. He is Director of the Heart and Soul of Change Project (heartandsoulofchange.com, home of 250 free resources), the developer of the clinical process of the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS; pcoms.com), and CEO of Better Outcomes Now (betteroutcomesnow.com), the web application of PCOMS. Dr. Duncan has over one hundred publications, including 17 books, addressing client feedback, consumer rights, and the power of relationship. Because of the research conducted by Duncan and colleagues at the Heart and Soul of Change Project, PCOMS is included in SAMHSA's National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices. PCOMS has been implemented across the US and in 20 countries around the world.
LAURIE SIEGEL-WOODWARD
Laurie Siegel-Woodward is the Executive Director for Partnering for Outcomes Foundation Aotearoa and director for Aliarah Limited. Previously, as the National Operations Director for the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand, she had been responsible for implementing PCOMS throughout the organisation into clinical practice over a nine-year period. Laurie received her BA in psychology/educational psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and her MEd Counselling from the University of Canterbury before entering the gambling help sector in 2001. She has worked in the health and mental health sector since 1990 and went from clinical practice to clinical management in 2008. She believes strongly in the strengths and skills within every client… who help practitioners look good by getting well (often in spite of us).
DAVID HANNA
David Hanna is a fourth generation Pakeha, a partner to Bronwen Olds, and father of four children. A central strand of his working life has been supporting people to develop and maintain healthy relationships that sustain vibrant human communities. His roles have included time as a national youth director, a policy manager in Central Government, a consultant on positive child / youth development, and now as the director of Wesley Community Action and national manager for Inspiring Communities.
MOIRA LAWLER
Moira Lawler is the Chief Executive Officer of Lifewise, a community organisation providing health, education, social services, and collaborative community projects. Moira has a background in community and economic development and extensive experience in community engagement and neighbourhood place making. Moira's passion for community led change has led to a life time involvement in politics at a local and national level. Moira is the mother of three young men and partner of Pat Hanley.
